Dr Allan Forrest-Winchester



Dr Kim Forrest-Winchester

Kim gained her Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Queensland in 1993 with First Class Honours, three academic awards and has been a member of the team at Mitchelton for almost 20 years. She spent over ten years employed as a part-time clinical demonstrator at the University of Queensland School of Dentistry.

Kim has an active interest in continuing education and has served on the Executive Committees of the Australian Prosthodontic Society (Qld Branch), the Pogonion dental study group and the Bennett Movement dental study group.

Kim has a keen interest in all fields of dentistry and is particulary interested in preventive, restorative and paediatric dentistry.

In her spare time (which is limited) Kim is a Master’s Rower,  a reasonably slow runner and an enthusiastic cake decorator.

She has two beautiful children whom she is often threatening to sell!



Mandy Ivastchenko

Dental Hygienists are tertiary trained registered health professionals and are an integral part of the modern preventive dental team.

Mandy graduated as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1991 and has worked in the areas of general preventive care and periodontal care in a wide range of general and specialist practices in both Queensland and South Australia.

Mandy has been part of the Mitchelton Dental Centre team since 1994, apart from a few years when she lived in the UK and took time off to raise her two daughters.

With over 20 years  experience in the dental profession, Mandy has extensive experience in the area of preventive disease.  She works together with the dentist to provide fully integrated dental care.


Dr Johanna Hull

Jo joined the Mitchelton Dental team in 2010. Prior to this, she enjoyed working in private practice in Toowoomba. Jo’s main interest in dentistry is seeing families and helping children reach adulthood with a great healthy set of teeth by use of preventative techniques such as fissure sealing, remineralising agents, mouthguards, oral hygiene lessons, regular check ups and cleans and age appropriate orthodontic referrals. She also enjoys practicing all other aspects of dentistry.

Jo keeps up to date with what’s happening in dentistry by attending a range of professional development courses, reading journals and she is an active member of the Australian Prosthodontic Society.

Jo’s other interests include cooking, hiking, reading and travelling.
